Chain Reaction is a hands-on sTEAMbuilding enrichment program where students learn simple machines and social-emotional skills in parallel—because building effective machines requires building effective teams.

Through collaborative engineering challenges centered on levers, inclined planes, wheels and axles, wedges, and pulleys, students explore foundational engineering concepts while simultaneously strengthening leadership, communication, perseverance, and teamwork. Chain Reaction intentionally blends simple machine instruction and SEL, allowing students to experience how technical success and human skills are deeply connected.

Stand Proud is a Social-Emotional Learning enrichment program designed to develop confident and resilient students, empowering them to stand proud in who they are and how they show up for others.

Through hands-on, community-driven experiential learning, students explore core SEL values in ways that are engaging, memorable, and developmentally appropriate. Learning is brought to life through expert-led games, challenges, and activities, intentionally facilitated through reflection to deepen understanding and real-world application.

Climb ON! is an adventure-based Social-Emotional Learning enrichment program designed to develop confident, courageous, and community-minded students through experiential leadership development and weekly on-campus climbing experiences.

Through structured ground-based initiatives and guided reflection, students explore core SEL themes aligned to the C.L.I.M.B. framework. Each week culminates with a supported experience on Fulcrum’s portable rock wall, reinforcing courage, trust, resilience, and belief in oneself and others.

Learning is brought to life through high-impact challenge experiences intentionally facilitated to deepen understanding and real-world application.
