Chain Reaction is a hands-on sTEAMbuilding enrichment program where students explore simple machines while building the teamwork skills that make them work—because building effective machines requires building effective teams.

Through collaborative challenges centered on levers, inclined planes, wheels and axles, wedges, and pulleys, students design, test, and problem-solve together, discovering how every action creates a reaction & how intentional choices can shape team dynamics.

This program culminates with teams building a chain reaction Rube Goldberg machine to showcase to their school community.

Stand Proud is a Social-Emotional Learning enrichment program designed to develop confident and resilient students, empowering them to stand proud in who they are and how they show up for others.

Through hands-on, community-driven experiential learning, students explore core SEL values in ways that are engaging, memorable, and developmentally appropriate. Learning is brought to life through expert-led games, challenges, and activities, intentionally facilitated through reflection to deepen understanding and real-world application.

Climb ON! is an adventure-based Social-Emotional Learning enrichment program designed to develop confident, courageous, and community-minded students through experiential leadership development and weekly on-campus climbing experiences.

Through structured ground-based initiatives and guided reflection, students explore core SEL themes aligned to the C.L.I.M.B. framework. Each week culminates with a supported experience on Fulcrum’s portable rock wall, reinforcing courage, trust, resilience, and belief in oneself and others.

Learning is brought to life through high-impact challenge experiences intentionally facilitated to deepen understanding and real-world application.

Students benefit from on-campus, campout-themed weekly sessions that blend social-emotional learning (SEL) with hands-on, adventure-based activities by building confidence, communication, and teamwork in a fun, immersive setting.

Active, movement-based experiences keep students fully engaged, while rotating activities bring variety, excitement, and consistent participation, capturing the magic of outdoor camping at the convenience of your campus.
