ENRICHMENT SERIES PROGRAMS

SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING ENRICHMENT ACCELERATOR

 

Stand Proud is a Social-Emotional Learning enrichment program designed to develop confident and resilient students, empowering them to stand proud in who they are and how they show up for others.

Through hands-on, community-driven experiential learning, students explore core SEL values in ways that are engaging, memorable, and developmentally appropriate. Learning is brought to life through expert-led games, challenges, and activities, intentionally facilitated through reflection to deepen understanding and real-world application.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

  • Duration: 10–12 weeks

  • Schedule: 2 days per week

  • Session Length: 2 hours

  • Group Size: Up to 40 students

  • Delivery: On-campus, Fulcrum-led

  • Grade Levels: 1–3 and 4–6 (adapted by age group)

  • Optional Culmination: Climb On capstone experience (portable rock wall or off-site ropes course)

Stand Proud is an Accelerator Partner program that is fully expert-led, utilizes specialized equipment and materials, follows a progressive multi-week structure, and delivers enrichment experiences beyond what core site staff are typically equipped to run—ensuring high engagement, strong attendance, and meaningful impact aligned with ELO-P priorities.
