Fulcrum partners with many locations throughout the greater Los Angeles area. All locations offer a unique settings and activities that enhance the participant experience. Please see some of our primary locations listed below.

CULVER CITY

Fulcrum’s home base is packed with opportunities for adventure, connection, and positive growth experiences. Located along the Interpretive Nature Trail in Culver City’s Bott’s Park, this location offers panoramic views, hiking, picnic area with grills, convenient parking, and grassy fields for additional team building activities.

LAKE ARROWHEAD

Lake Arrowhead conference center is built amongst the trees and offers a beautiful backdrop to your team’s retreat. Complete with bonfire, ropes course, climbing wall, archery, and overnight accommodations, this retreat center offers an opportunity for your team to reconnect with nature while enjoying a classic camp experience.

OJAI

Nestled in an orange grove, the our Ojai partner location’s challenge course offers a special experience between the Alpine Tower, Odyssey Course, and traditional low elements. Camp Ramah’s secluded campus is fully equipped with a swimming pool, overnight accommodations, recreation facilities, archery, and more.

MALIBU

Think “Indiana Jones meets Tarzan”. This Malibu retreat challenge course is a unique combination of an ascension tower, aerial park, and zip line. This self-guided experience allows participants to explore the course at their own pace and feel like they are one with the trees.

LONG BEACH

Located in Long Beach, this camp and conference center is a great facility for combo events such as challenge course and our signature Scavenger Hunt experience. Fully equipped with all the classic camp amenities, this campus also offers a uniquely qualified venue to practice camp basics such as setting up tents, camp fire safety, and more.

BIG BEAR

Our Big Bear camp and conference center offers a classic summer camp experience for guests of all ages. Challenge course, water activities, archery, hiking, bon fires, fishing, outdoor amphitheater, and more. Retreat days here are jam-packed with unforgettable adventure experiences!

SIMI VALLEY

This 2,800 acre campus is located in the hills just south of Simi Valley, is surrounded by nature, and has nothing but amazing activities to offer, including swimming pool, challenge course, climbing tower, archery, and contemporary overnight accommodations.

LAKE HUGHES

A cornerstone of the Southern California community since the 1980’s, this campus hosts over 15,000 campers each year. Specializing in providing urban communities opportunities to connect & reconnect with nature, this retreat center offers hiking, swimming, archery, challenge course, and overnight lodging facilities.

BIG BEAR

Another Big Bear partner location, this campus resides on a beautiful meadow in the San Bernadino mountains only two miles from Big Bear Lake. Like many summer camps, Camp Whittle offers many adventure experiences including challenge course, hiking, swimming, archery, and really cool overnight accommodations. What sets them apart? Their amazing bonfire and amphitheater area perfect for learning fire safety, taking in the view, and maybe some classic camp bonfire activities like s’mores and skits.

LAKE HUGHES

This tranquil 173-acre site that is home to state-of-the-art facilities, gorgeous views, and motel-style lodging with dorms, suites, and private bathrooms. Their facilities are not only beautiful, they go above and beyond with what they offer. Their ropes course includes an aerial park, a Giant Swing, and a zip line.

WRIGHTWOOD

This stunning retreat center is located in the mountains of Wrightwood and offers a variety of team building activities. Surrounded by nature, incredible vista points, and beautiful hiking, this retreat center has a way of making guests absorb is tranquility.

MALIBU

Two campuses act as are sister camps that offer dorm-style cabins, swimming pools, ropes course, and extensive hiking trails through Malibu Creek State Park. The diverse nature of the Santa Monica Mountains offer groups a uniquely enhanced experience applicable for all ages.

NORTHRIDGE CAMPUS

The California State University Northridge on-campus challenge course offers experiences intentionally designed to foster individual and team development. Focused on leadership development and problem-based learning, this location offers groups an opportunity to grow together.

CASTAIC

What sets this ranch-style campus apart? Their 3-person King Swing! In addition to their high ropes challenge course, Valley Trails offers a many activities such as a low-ropes challenge course, a zip line, swimming pool, overnight accommodations, and a really cool Gold Rush program as well as a Chumash Living History program.
