ENRICHMENT SERIES PROGRAMS


Adventure-Based Social-Emotional Learning Enrichment Series

Climb ON! is an adventure-based Social-Emotional Learning enrichment program designed to develop confident, courageous, and community-minded students through experiential leadership development and weekly on-campus climbing experiences.

Through structured ground-based initiatives and guided reflection, students explore core SEL themes aligned to the C.L.I.M.B. framework. Each week culminates with a supported experience on Fulcrum’s portable rock wall, reinforcing courage, trust, resilience, and belief in oneself and others.

Learning is brought to life through high-impact challenge experiences intentionally facilitated to deepen understanding and real-world application.


PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

  • Duration: 10  weeks
    Schedule: 2 days per week

  • Session Length: 2 hours

  • Group Size: Up to 40 students

  • Delivery: On-campus, Fulcrum-led
    Grade Levels: 3–5 and 6–8 (adapted by age group)

  • Core Component: Weekly portable rock wall experience and Optional Culminating High Ropes Challenge Course

Climb On is fully expert-led, integrates high-impact adventure experiences with structured SEL development, utilizes specialized portable climbing equipment, and follows a progressive multi-week structure.

The visible presence of the rock wall creates school-wide excitement while delivering meaningful growth opportunities aligned with ELO-P priorities.
