With a demonstrated history of success, Fulcrum has a 30-year track record of intentionally pairing enrichment programming with outdoor adventure. Specializing in leadership development, team building, and Social-Emotional Learning, Fulcrum will design and develop a program with your organization’s mission statement and goals in mind.

Challenge course programs aren’t just about the climbing.

Every challenge course program includes ground-based activities that may include options like archery, large group games, team building activities, specialty workshops like The Car Build Challenge or Sound Bath Experience, and more. Each activity is professionally facilitated our experiential education staff who will incorporate your goals into every aspect of the day.
