Leslie received her degree in Outdoor Education and Wilderness Skills from Ohio University and was the Training Director of Los Angeles Conservation Corps for eight years.  She is a masterful facilitator, program designer, and presenter.  She founded Fulcrum Learning Systems, Inc. in 1991 as a means of making the powerful life-changing Fulcrum experience available to more people.
