Community-based organizations (CBOs) and their employees are some of our society's great unsung heroes. They are more often than not obliged to work long hours with minimal resources in order to support at-risk and/or low-income communities and demographic groups.
CBOs confront the ongoing challenge of balancing the delivery of their services to their appointed sector(s) and developing increased employee & organizational effciency, innovative program design & delivery, robust community engagement, and effective development.

Fulcrum provides a wide range of staff development workshops and programs. These fun and insightful workshops and programs provide both a theoretical and practical knowledge of individual and group dynamics. From a two-hour onsite leadership development training to a full-day ropes course team challenge, our staff works closely with you to design an event that addresses your organization's specific needs.
All workshops and programs include curriculum and experiential components which combine to give staff more tools to both lead and participate.
